This kit is suitable for qualitative detection of PML/RARA fusion gene in bone marrow samples from leukemia patients, and is only used for auxiliary diagnosis of molecular typing of patients with early.

The detection results of this kit only represent those of PML gene and RARA gene. When PML gene and/or RARA gene rearrangement occurs, green (G) and/or red (R) signal breaks, and when fusion occurs, red and green fusion signal (F) appears.

The detection results are for clinical reference only. If you need to confirm the case, please combine the clinical symptoms and other detection methods, and these results should not be used as the only standard for clinical diagnosis or exclusion.
